Capri Boat Day from Sorrento
Overview
Sail round Capri in a small boat, swim in its coves and spend the afternoon exploring the island. From Sorrento you cross the bay past the Roman ruins of Villa Pollio, then follow Capri's coastline to the White and Green Grottoes and through the famous Faraglioni rocks.
There's a swim stop at Marina Piccola on the south side, and, when the tide and the queues allow, a chance to transfer into a rowing boat for the Blue Grotto, where sunlight turns the water an electric blue. The boat then drops you at Marina Grande for about three hours of free time: take the funicular up to the Piazzetta, walk to the Gardens of Augustus or catch a bus to Anacapri.
Drinks and snacks are served on board, including a glass of limoncello, and snorkel masks are provided. Capri's port and tourist fees and the Blue Grotto ticket are paid locally, so we'll set them out clearly in your quote.
