These terms apply to your use of skyraytravel.com. The website is operated by SKY RAY LTD (registered in England and Wales, company number 16196679, 51 Shropshire Street, Market Drayton, England, TF9 3DA). Full details are in our Legal notice.
These terms do not cover bookings. All travel services are sold and provided by SKYRAY TRAVEL S.L. (CIF B22670764) under our Booking terms and conditions.
1. Using the website
You may use the website to find out about our travel services, send enquiries, search for flights and subscribe to our newsletter. Please do not:
- send false or misleading details, or other people's details without their permission;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful code;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its content management system or our servers, or interfere with how they work;
- copy the site's content in bulk, including by automated means (scraping), without our written permission.
2. Information and prices on the website
We work to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but descriptions, photos, availability and prices of travel services come partly from our suppliers and can change. Prices shown are "from" prices for guidance only, and prices converted between pounds and euros use an indicative exchange rate. An enquiry is not a booking: the details and price that apply are those in the written confirmation from SKYRAY TRAVEL S.L.
Destination information (for example on climate, entry requirements or health) is general guidance. Always check the official sources before you travel — in the UK, the FCDO travel advice at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice; in Spain, the Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores at exteriores.gob.es.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logos, photographs and other content of the website belong to SkyRay Travel or are used under licence from their owners. You may view them and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our prior written permission.
4. Links and third-party content
The site links to, and can show content from, other websites and services — for example OpenStreetMap maps and the flight booking engine run by our technology provider, Nexit. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of other websites. How we handle embedded content is explained in our Cookie policy.
5. Availability
We try to keep the website available at all times, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or suspend it, for example for maintenance.
6. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on the site when you use it applies.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
