Melina Bay is a small, family-run hotel right on Kassiopi's harbour, with the walls of the medieval castle rising behind it. It's the kind of place where you watch the fishing boats come in from your balcony, then walk a few minutes to dinner.

Kassiopi is one of the prettiest villages on the north-east coast. Small pebble coves are about five minutes' walk away, and coastal paths lead to more. The village centre is around 250 metres from the hotel. It suits couples who want character and a sea view more than a big resort.
