Overview
Keraton Jimbaran is a 4-star beachfront resort on Jimbaran Bay, next to the beach where Jimbaran's famous seafood cafés set up their tables on the sand at sunset. The bay is sheltered and one of the calmer stretches of water in south Bali, and the airport is only a short drive away.
The resort is laid out in traditional Balinese style, with carved doors, stone statues and gardens with lily ponds leading down to the beach. Deluxe rooms have four-poster beds and Balinese furnishings, and there is a honeymoon suite and one- and two-bedroom villas with a private pool.
The freeform pool sits between the gardens and the sea, with a pool bar for drinks through the afternoon. Breakfast and dinner are served at the Joglo Restaurant, a wooden Javanese-style pavilion. Spend your days on the beach, then walk along the sand to a seafood dinner as the sun goes down. It suits couples and anyone who wants a traditional feel close to the airport.
