Overview
Sugar Bay Barbados is a 4★ all-inclusive resort on its own beach in Hastings, on the edge of the Garrison Historic Area and a few minutes from Bridgetown. A reef protects the water in front of the hotel, so the sea stays gentle enough for swimming, and there is also a calm lagoon to relax beside.
Food is a big part of the stay. Breakfast is served at Reef Restaurant, indoors or by the beach, and in the evening you can switch to UMI for Asian-fusion dishes. Five bars include a swim-up pool bar and the late-night Lazy Mongoose Pub, and there is entertainment most nights. Karma Spa, a gym, water sports and land activities fill the rest of the day.
